Prayer Focus: Help me to rest and be thankful.
Scripture: Genesis 2:1-3
Reflection: As I prepare for worship tomorrow, what am I thankful for, what am I concerned about, who and what do I need to keep in prayer?
Prayer: All of Your Creation yearns for rest and renewal. Help us to find time in the midst of our chaotic lives to rest, to be refreshed, and to simply be thankful. Amen.
Journal: Take some time to write your thoughts, feelings and reactions after reading the Scripture and reflection for today. It’s ok to let your mind wander and write what happens in your wandering.
